- American companies attend without paying fees
- For Norwegian companies the fees vary by company/organisation size (Small and Medium: 5.000NOK and Large: 10.000NOK) and are per person: More details available in Norwegian

TICKETS:
- Prior to the event, you will receive a personalized QR ticket. Please ensure you bring this ticket along with a valid ID for registration at the event.
- All participants are responsible for arranging their own flights and travel accommodations.
- Flights to Seattle on April 16th:
- Participants for "Ports of the Future" site visits (Norwegian Offshore Wind, Green Maritime, and, Ports delegation): Book flights from Oakland (OAK) to Seattle (SEA) after 6 pm (SFO possible after 7 pm)
- Participants for "Pioneers of AI" site visits (Norwegian tech delegation): Book flights from San Francisco (SFO) to Seattle (SEA) after 7 pm
